About Me

Welcome to Juggling Love & Life!

I’m Kaydian Mais—wife, mom of three, certified life coach, and a passionate advocate for real, unfiltered conversations about love, relationships, and personal growth.

I created Juggling Love & Life as a space to navigate the complexities of relationships, marriage, and self-awareness while balancing all the moving pieces of life. My journey has been shaped by experience—both personal and professional. As someone who has worn the hats of a single mom, stay-at-home mom, and now a working married mom, I understand the unique challenges that come with each season of life.

I dive deep into the big conversations that too often go unspoken. These are the ones that create ripple effects in love, marriage, and relationships when left unaddressed. I explore topics like effective communication, breaking generational cycles, navigating trauma, and strengthening emotional connections. My mission is to lead by example. I foster a safe space where men and women can be vulnerable together. They gain new perspectives and find the tools they need to build healthier relationships.

Here, you’ll find recaps from my TikTok lives, insightful blog posts, thought-provoking relationship challenges, poetry, and even excerpts from my upcoming book. Whether you’re looking for guidance, a fresh perspective, or just a community of like-minded individuals striving for better relationships, you’re in the right place.

Let’s grow together—one conversation at a time.
