Still Breathing, Still Fighting: A Monday Pep Talk

Hey y’all.

I know Mondays can feel like a punch in the gut—especially after spring break, a rough weekend, or being knocked off track by something unexpected. Maybe you’re waking up already tired. Maybe the weight’s just heavier this morning.

Wherever you’re at, take this as your midnight power boost.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Say it out loud: “I’ve made it this far. I got this.”

Now say it again. Slower. Mean it this time.

You’re not done.

As long as there’s breath in your body, there’s still fight left in you.

Yeah, it might feel like the end. I’ve been there more times than I can count—burnt out, defeated, done. But every single time, I came back. And so have you. You’ve already survived 100% of your worst days. Don’t forget that.

Sure, it might be the end of something—a job, a season, a relationship—but it’s not the end of you. Transitions hurt. Growth hurts. But what comes next? That’s where the real power is. The kind you didn’t know you had.

So reframe it.

Shift your mindset.

Put on a song that lights a fire in you. Go outside. Watch something that makes you laugh. Get your body moving. Drink some water. Journal. Do one small thing to remind yourself: you’re in control of this moment.

And if the fog doesn’t lift right away—that’s okay. Just don’t stay stuck in it.

Need help digging out of that funk? I’ve got space for you in my Discord community. Or hit me up directly for coaching—real talk, real strategies, tailored for you. Let’s get you back in your groove.

Your next move is yours—just don’t let this Monday own you.

Additional tips 🌟✨

1. Movement resets your brain. A 10-minute walk can shift your energy fast.

2. Music therapy. Make a go-to playlist for bad days.

3. Journaling prompt: “What do I actually need today?”

4. 30-minute no-screen zone. Disconnect to reconnect with yourself.

5. Break it down. One task. One win. Keep it small and doable.

6. Call someone who lifts you up. Don’t isolate.

7. Name your emotions. Say what you’re feeling. It reduces the weight.
