Money….

$$$

It has the power to transform all our lives. Some for the better and some for the worse. Money itself has very limited power. After all it’s just paper or digital symbols. It’s the things we attach to money that determines what it does for us. Power, greed, carelessness. Etc. For some, money is a way out. A way out of poverty, debt, and depression. A way to feed our families, to protect our loved ones, and to build a future for our kids. A way to experience a brand new world from a different point of view. For the others, it’s a way to control the majority, to manipulate the ones that are less fortunate. To profit off the poor and needy, and to eventually gain more than you need.

If the elites can get tired of having so much money that they become bored and uninspired with their own lives why do the ones that are not mega rich chase money so bad? Why is it we think that having a lot of money will bring us profound clarity and happiness? Don’t get me wrong, money can make you happier, but for how long? At what cost? What are you willing to do or sacrifice to get it? And if anyone can sacrifice and do then why is it we have more in poverty than in abundance? Does that mean that not many are actually willing to do the work it takes to gain the one thing they want most? Or does it mean that money is not so easily attained? Do we even know what the blueprint is? And once we get it do we know how to manage it wisely? Are we financially literate enough to have a large sum of money and not blow it? And not let it change or control us? And lastly, just how much money you think you need to be happy? If you could write yourself a check right now and it becomes your reality how much will you write? And what happens after?
